We have very reasonable shipping terms and combine orders to save money (for customers) on shipping costs. We also maintain customer friendly return/refund/exchange policies. Product Description: This offering is for a new-old-stock (but heavily shopworn) Zeus aluminum alloy 52T chainring with a bolt-circle diameter (BCD) of 119 mm. This BCD sizing has been out of current production for a number of years and as we understand it, this BCD sizing is proprietary to the vintage Zeus crankset. As a result, we are guessing there are very few available in today's market (with this BCD), especially in new-old-stock (albeit heavily shopworn) condition. We have not had the opportunity to acquire many Zeus branded components, but we believe such components to be at or near top-end coming out of Spain. Some colleagues would comment they rival Campagnolo quality from the same era. I don't know if that is true, but I think most would agree vintage Zeus components would be part of the discussion. We also want to confirm this is a derailleur compatible chainring with the relatively standard beveled teeth that measure 3/32" thick...and we confirmed this measurement with our calipers...as the teeth clearly measure about 2 mm thick (or 3/32") at their base. Please also note these large chainrings appear to pre-date many of today's design features typically found on larger chainrings...so there are no shift ramps/pins and no chain guard pin...just the traditional beveled teeth. Lastly, I see front-side chamfered (grooved) chainring bolt-holes that will ensure a flush mount of the chainring bolts (not that this is a huge deal, but the feature does make for a cleaner cosmetic look). With respect to cosmetic condition, the chainring rates as poor...with heavy shopwear (scuffs and scratches, as evident in the close-up pictures to the left). Functionally, however, the chainring is new and unused, as the teeth show no visible signs of wear. I can also confirm the chainring pictured is the next one to ship, as I have a couple of these left in stock. Listing Update...this is my last one in this model/size/finish. Unfortunately, this service is more expensive, especially for smaller/lighter packages, relative to the First Class International service. We are sorry about these higher shipping costs, but hopefully our notes help to explain why this is the case. Note to international customers regarding customs... We also apologize to those that feel their country import taxes, duties and brokerage fees are excessive. As a small US business, we are required by customs' laws to declare each order as a retail sale.
