RockShox Judy Coil Springs for SL XC DH models (also fit other models of RockShox as well) Rider Weight: 160 lbs to 190 lbs Manufactured by Kronos Engineering since 1995 Up for auction is a pair of the highest quality coil springs that you can buy to replace the OEM elastomer stack in RockShox Judy suspension forks. We have been manufacturing these springs here in California since 1995 and we have sold at least 50,000 pairs of springs since we started. We use only the finest chrome-silicon wire in our springs that are cold set and then shot peened by aerospace company Metal Improvement to increase fatigue strength by approximately double. Our springs are then epoxy powder coated a beautiful gloss black for corrosion protection and aesthetics. Springs need to be completely painted to protect them from rust - which weakens the part over time - so we use a very durable epoxy powder coating for our paint protection.
