Well, I have for you was a 1998 GT 175mm Crmo one piece crack. This crank was restored and polished back to its Original glory. The crank started it off in good shape. It just needed some wet sanding so I started with 600 Working my Way up to 3000 grit. Then I finished it off with 5000 grit and Dawn dish soap to get deep into the metal. A clean metal surface always works best for polishing and that’s what Dawn gives you. And then cut buff and polished to what you see right now. Last thing to do was to apply the vinyl transfer to give it back the glory it once had.
