These are not without scuffs, it looks like they were used with a quill stem at some point so they have the typical twist marks on the grip areas, they also appear to have some nibbling around the brake lever area. All of that gets covered up by handlebar tape though. The center area looks… not terrible. You and I both know we’re looking at these because we want super lightweight vtg heat treated ergo bars but we don’t want to pay $200 for nos.
