Vintage Kusuki Medallion 1000 aluminum quill stem in silver finish for threaded fork setups. One-piece forged-style body with integrated front clamp for 25.4 mm handlebars; “25.4” is stamped on the clamp. Side of the extension is marked “Medallion 1000 Kusuki” so the model and brand are easy to identify. Includes internal expander hardware and front binder bolt as shown.
