Vintage Monark Cruiser Handlebar Stem Bar Balloon Tire Schwinn Chubby Grips Bar and set set from a Monark balloon tire cruiser. Has Early Schwinn grips. Unclear if the bar/stem are Schwinn or Monark. Set includes handlebar, welded stem assembly and both grips only; no additional hardware or accessories. Used vintage condition with speckled finish wear and surface rust on stem, quill and hardware. Rubber grips show general wear, one grip has a split and scuffing at the ends. Bar is straight or close to it, solid. Only the parts shown in the pictures are included.
