All the other parts can be re-used if your pedals are complete and undamaged. Other kits may look close to this price but consider the shipping cost and whether you want a collection of seals, screws, caps and nuts that you don’t need most of the time. Instructions are NOT included with this kit, but I will offer this tip for removing the worn plastic bushing. A 7/16 inch drill bit makes a simple bushing extractor. By manually twisting the drill into the bushing you can then easily pull it out like a cork. The new bushings and ball bearing are an easy drop in. Use your favorite grease or oil when re-assembling.
