Bolts are Metric Standard Coarse Thread and Mainly for Newer made for Stems although some Vintage Road Bikes may of used metric. Quill Stem Binder Bolts and Binder Nuts are metric but can work in a Vintage Quill Stem when used in it’s entirety as a replacement. Choices are: M8 Hex Head 21.1mm Binder, M8 Hex Head 22.2mm Binder, M8 Hex Socket 22.2mm Binder, M10 Hex Hollow 21.1mm Binder. Please READ and Calculate if the Binder bolt will work for you before purchasing, FYI Bolt Lengths are measured from the bottom of the head to the thread tip.
