Hello and thanks for checking out this listing of a classic used TIME France Millenium carbon fiber fork. This fork was pulled off a pre-owned bike and will come to you in the excellent used condition seen in the included photographs. This fork is a true classic and evokes memories of Andrei Tchmil and other legends of the sport from the late 90’s and early 2000’s. It is compatible with frames that call for a straight 1-1/8″ steerer tube. Its cut alloy steerer tube measures 232mm in length from the crown race seat to its end. Standard rim caliper brake required. For 700c wheel, 43mm rake. Axle to crown measurement is 370mm, meaning tire clearance is MAXED out at 27-28mm rubber depending upon tire/rim make/model. A WORD ON FITMENT: This is a used fork, so YES the steerer has been cut. If this seems obvious to you, congratulations on being among the minority of cyclists who understand that forks are produced with *very* long steerers which are then cut down. Measure the combined length of your head tube, spacers, and stem to determine if it is long enough for your application. Overall condition is a solid 7.5 out of 10 with typical signs of prior installation and use such as scuffing of the dropouts and crown from front hub and brake installation. There is a single small blemish on the non-drive side leg’s “TIME” logo, and another small one on the “Millenium” logo of the drive side, as seen in the pics. There is very faint evidence of contact on the underside of the crown due to road spray or grit. Lawyer tabs are intact, this fork will make an excellent addition to your compatible bike.
